The PTO Weekly Email is published every Sunday that school's in session and sent via email to the email addresses for those who opt in from PowerSchool. If you're not receiving the emails each week and other communications from your PTO, please review your settings in PowerSchool.
Sign in or create an account, then click “edit” for “PTO Directory Sharing Preferences”, and scroll down to the “Student Directory Information Release” section that states: “Student Directory information is shared with district approved parent and community partners (such as PTOs and WEF) for the advancement of our programs and communications among our families on the condition that they will not permit any other third party to have access to such information.”
Make sure you check off “Yes, share my child's information with district approved parent and community partners (opt-in)”
Once you check off “yes” in this section, the WMS PTO will be able to add you to the weekly emails and communications, and you will be added to the online directory.
